SEIBERT EQUITY EDUCATIONAL FUND

 

2024 POST-SECONDARY EDUCATION SCHOLARSHIPS

 

                Seibert Equity Educational Fund offers several scholarships for post-secondary education in amounts determined on an annual basis based upon available funds. 

 

  • Two - $3,000 Scholarships will be offered in 2024.

 

Four types of scholarships are available:

  1. One-time scholarship to be awarded to a student who is beginning a four-year diploma or degree program at an accredited post-secondary institution.
  2. One-time scholarship to be awarded to a student who is beginning a two-year diploma, degree, or certificate program at an accredited post-secondary institution.
  3. One-time scholarship to be awarded to a student who has completed at least two years of a four-year diploma or degree program at an accredited post-secondary institution.
  4. One-time scholarship to be awarded to a student who will be attending an accredited Vocational or Technical College.

 

 

  • Eligibility

 

Any person seeking one of the four types of scholarships described above who resides in the counties of Cheyenne, Elbert, Kiowa, Kit Carson, Lincoln, Washington, or Yuma may apply.

Each application will be reviewed by the Board of the Seibert Equity Educational Fund.

Eligibility of Family Members:  Applicants who may have a family member on the Selection Committee are eligible to apply for this scholarship. In the case of any application by a family member of someone serving on the Board of the Seibert Equity Educational Fund, that member of the Board will recuse themselves from consideration of that application and will have no part in the decision process of the related individual.
